Special precautions for use.
The safety of this veterinary medicinal product has not been studied in dogs under 12 months of age or weighing less than 3 kg. Therefore, its use in such cases must be based on a benefit-risk assessment conducted by the responsible veterinarian. Ilunocitinib modulates the immune system and may increase susceptibility to opportunistic infections. Consequently, dogs receiving this veterinary medicinal product should be monitored for the potential development of infections and neoplasms. Do not use in dogs showing signs of malignant neoplasia, demodicosis, or immunosuppression (such as hyperadrenocorticism), as the effects of the active substance have not been investigated in such cases. When treating pruritus associated with allergic dermatitis with ilunocitinib, underlying causes (e.g., flea allergy dermatitis, contact dermatitis, food hypersensitivity, etc.) should be identified and addressed. Furthermore, in cases of allergic and atopic dermatitis, it is recommended to investigate and treat complicating factors such as bacterial, fungal, or parasitic infections/infestations (e.g., flea infestation and mange).
Use during pregnancy and lactation: The safety of the veterinary medicinal product during pregnancy and lactation has not been established; therefore, use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended. Laboratory studies in rats have shown evidence of teratogenic and fetotoxic effects. The safety of the veterinary medicinal product in breeding dogs has not been established; therefore, use in breeding animals is not recommended.

Dosage and administration for animals of various ages:
Oral administration. Recommended dose: 0.6–0.8 mg of ilunocitinib per kg of body weight. Administer once daily. Tablets may be given with or without food. The need for long-term maintenance therapy should be based on an individual benefit-risk assessment conducted by a veterinarian. The specific tablet strength used depends on the dog's body weight. Dosage details are provided in the table in the photo above. Tablets can be broken along the score line.

In case of accidental ingestion, seek medical advice immediately and show the package leaflet or label to the doctor. Store tablets and unused tablet halves in the original packaging until the next dose to prevent children from gaining direct access to the veterinary medicinal product.
