Compound
1 ml of the drug contains the active ingredient: marbofloxacin - 100 mg.

Pharmacological properties
Marbofloxacin is a synthetic chemotherapeutic agent that belongs to the group of fluoroquinolones.
The drug inhibits the activity of the enzyme DNA gyrase, as a result of which DNA replication and the synthesis of bacterial cellular protein are disrupted.
Marbofloxacin has a bactericidal effect against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms (Staphylococcus spp., Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhimurium, Citrobacter freundii, Enterobacter cloacae, Serratia marcescens, Morganella morganii, Proteus spp., Klebsiella spp., Shpp. Spp., Klebsiella spp. ., Moraxella spp., Pseudomonas spp.), As well as against mycoplasmas (Mycoplasma bovis, Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae).
Application
Cattle: treatment of animals with acute mastitis during lactation, caused by E. coli, as well as respiratory diseases caused by Pasteurella multocida, Pasteurella haemolytica and Mycoplasma bovis sensitive to marbofloxacin.
Pigs: treatment of animals suffering from MMA syndrome (metritis-mastitis-agalactia), as well as respiratory diseases caused by Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, Pasteurella multocida, sensitive to marbofloxacin.
Dosage
Cattle - subcutaneously or intramuscularly in a dose of 1 ml per 50 kg of body weight once a day for 3-5 days.
In the treatment of mastitis, the dose is 1 ml per 50 kg of body weight once a day for 3 days. The first injection can be given intramuscularly.
Pigs - intramuscularly in a dose of 1 ml per 50 kg of body weight once a day for 3 days.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to marbofloxacin.
Caveats
Slaughter of animals for meat is allowed 6 (cattle) and 4 (pigs) days after the last use of the drug. The use of milk for human consumption is allowed 36 hours after the last use of the drug. The meat and milk received before the specified time is disposed of or fed to unproductive animals, depending on the conclusion of the veterinary doctor.
Storage
A dry, dark place, out of the reach of children, at a temperature of 15 ˚C to 25 ˚C.
Shelf life is 3 years.
After the first selection from the bottle, the drug must be used within 28 days, provided that it is stored in a dry, dark place at a temperature of 2 ˚C to 8 ˚C.
