Seyevit ORAL solution (Vitamin E +Selenium) 1000ML

Transparent colorless or yellowish solution.

1 ml of the drug contains active substances (mg):
α-tocopherol acetate ― 50;
sodium selenite - 1.09.

Pharmacological properties
Vitamin E (tocopherol) participates in the exchange of proteins, carbohydrates and lipids, inhibits lipid oxidation and prevents the formation of peroxide compounds, ketones and aldehydes, ensures the stability of cell lysosomal and mitochondrial membranes, enhances the biological effects of vitamins A and D. With a lack of tocopherol, membrane permeability increases , which contributes to the elimination of various enzymes in the blood that increase the toxic effect of peroxide compounds.
Selenium is part of the enzyme glutathione peroxidase. Due to a lack of selenium, the activity of the enzyme decreases and, as a result, underoxidized peroxides accumulate in the body, which cause dystrophic changes in the myocardium, skeletal muscles, and liver.

Prevention and treatment of pathologies caused by a lack of vitamin E and selenium: white muscle disease, myo- and hepatodystrophy, encephalomalacia, exudative diathesis and muscular dystrophy of poultry. The drug stimulates reproductive functions and prevents postpartum complications.
