Storage
1 g of the drug (1 tablet) contains:
praziquantel — 50 mg
ivermectin — 2 mg
levamisole hydrochloride — 38 mg
Description
Tablets of white or light gray color, round cylindrical shape, flat, with a weak specific smell.
Pharmacological properties
A broad-spectrum antiparasitic drug.
Praziquantel inhibits muscle innervation and disrupts the membrane-permeable functions of cells of cestodes and trematodes, which leads to their death.
In nematodes and arthropods (mites, insects), ivermectin strengthens the connection of GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) with special receptors on the parasite's nerve endings, blocking the innervation of the parasite and causing its paralysis and death.
Levamisole is an effective immunomodulator and during subsequent vaccination contributes to the formation of high-level post-vaccination immunity.
Indication
Treatment and prevention of dogs with lesions:
ectoparasites:
– fleas Ctenocephalides spp., Pulex irritans, hair eaters Trichodectes canis;
– lice Linognathus setosus;
– ticks: sarcoptic mange Notoedres cati; psoroptidous Otodectes cynotis; demodecidosis Demodex canis; Ixodes spp., Dermacentor spp., Rhipicephalus spp.
endoparasites:
- nematodes that cause: toxocarosis (Toxocara canis, T. cati), toxascarosis (Toxascaris leonina), hookworm (Ancylostonia caninum), uncinariasis (Uncinaria stenocephala), trichurosis (Trichuris vulpis, T. nutria), dirofilariasis (Dirofilaria immitis, D renens);
- cestodes causing: dipylidiosis (Dipylidium caninum), taeniosis (Taenia hydatigena, T. Multiceps), echinococcosis (Echinococcus granulosus, E. multilocularis), diphyllobothriasis (Diphyllobothrium latum, D. minus), mesocestoidosis (Mesocestoides linattus, M. litteratus) , M. corli, M. Petrovi);
– trematodes causing: opisthorchosis (Opisthorchis tenuicolis, O. viverrini, O. sinensis), paragonimosis (Paragonimus westermani).
Contraindication
Do not prescribe to collie, sheltie, bobtail dogs and puppies under 6 months of age.
Method of application and dosage
Before use, the tablets are crushed, mixed with a third of the food and given in the morning.
The therapeutic dose is 1 tablet per 10 kg of body weight. For animals under 1.5 years of age, the calculated dose is divided into 2 parts and given at intervals of a day. In the presence of demodicosis, the drug is used again after 10-12 days, simultaneously with drugs for symptomatic therapy.
If the animals do not have skin parasites, then Brovanol D should be used for preventive deworming.
Reservation
Use only as prescribed by a veterinarian. Do not exceed the recommended doses.

In a dry, dark place at temperatures from +1 to +25 °C.
