Transparent solution of yellow color.
Composition
1 ml of product contains AI:
tilmicosin – 50 mg,
enrofloxacin – 50 mg,
trimethoprim – 25 mg.
Additional agents: distillated water.
Clinical pharmacology
Tilmicosin is pluripotential antibiotic of macrolides. It is effective as to such agents of respiratory diseases as M.gallisepticum, M.synoviae, P.multocida and Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale. Tilmicosin suppresses protein synthesis in microorganisms due to interaction with ribosomes of bacterial cells.
Enrofloxacin pluripotential antibiotic of fluoroquinolones. Product has antimicrobial action as to gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms (Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Clostridium spp., Listeria monocytogenes, Corinebacterium spp., Pseudomonas, E. coli, Haemophilus spp., Salmonella spp., Klebsiella spp., Proteus spp ., Pasteurella spp.) and microplasma and chlamydiae. Mode of action connects with suppressing of bacterial DNA-gyrase, causing disturbances of DNA bacteria replication.
Trimethoprim is pluripotential antimicrobial product of diaminopyrimidines. Product has antimicrobial action as to gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms (Escherichia coli, Klebsiella spp., Salmonella spp .; Pasteurella spp .; Enterobacter spp., Proteus spp .; Shigella spp .; Staphylococcus spp .; Streptococcus spp .; Haemophilus spp .; Chlamidia), toxoplasma and coccidia. Mode of action connects with suppressing of bacterial reductase of dihydrofolic acid.
Application
Product is used for treatment of such hens transmissible diseases, caused with bacterial flora, being sensitive to enrofloxacin, tilmicosin and trimethoprim, as mycoplasmosis, coli-infection, keel disease, necrotic enteritidis, streptococcosis.
Dosage
Hens: orally with drinking water in dose 2 ml per 1 lt of drinking water during the first 3 life days. Hens application must be repeated on 20-22 life day through bucketing of product during 3 days in dose 2 ml per 1 lt of drinking water.
Contradictions
Do not apply to animals, being sensitive to product and also to laying hens, eggs of which are used for people consumption.
Precautions
In the case of mother liquor preparation, it’s needed to add product in the water. Product water must the only drinking water source for treatment period!
Animals slaughter for meat is allowed only in 12 days after the last administration. Meat, received before indicated date, must be utilized or fed to non-productive animals, depending on conclusion of veterinarian.
Shelf life – 2 years from manufacture date.
After product water dilution, received solution is usable during 24 hours.
