2. Handling Time
All items will be shipped within 2 business day after receiving cleared payment. However, in some cases the handling time may be up to 2 – 5 business days before your order is shipped.

If a parcel is delayed at your country's customs, it is also not the seller responsibility.

5. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If damaged please take photos of the parcel in the exact same condition it arrived at you in and email them back to us. We may require the items back, so please keep them until you hear back from us. If we do require the items we will organize for a courier to come and collect them at no extra charge. If you are unable to provide proof of damage we may be unable to refund or resend.
6. We provide full refund in case if the parcel over 45 days in the way!
